We
have installed OS X GM and are happy to report that Whizbang
runs very fast in classic. In fact, it gets over 100 FPS
on a 500 Mhz Powerbook G4! We hope to carbonize Whizbang
in the future so that it will run on OS X natively.

Thanks to Chris Dillman of Plaid
World Studios, particle explosions have been added to
the Whizbang Project. Chris also helped create a critical
part of the background scrolling engine. Check out Chris's
website to download a demo of his side-scrolling shooter,
Project Magellan.

Happy New Years! This day marks the 1st anniversary of de
software! The Whizbang Project, our main project, has progressed
drastically since this day last year. We are excited about
